Parents are advised to meet their child’s teachers at least once a month by making proper appointment after school hours so as to discuss their child’s progress or regress if any.
Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to meet the teachers during school hours. Those who wish to do so may kindly obtain permission from the Headmistress.
Periodic meetings between the parents and teachers will be arranged in order to ensure better understanding and co-ordination in the educational development of the children.
Notification regarding this will be given well ahead of time so that Parents are able to make themselves free for the meeting.
Parents who fail to attend these meetings will be considered uninterested in their child’s education, repeated failure to attend may eventually force the school authorities to take actions which they deemed fit.
