Monthly Star and X Charts are maintained to record the classroom performance, completion of assignments and behaviour of each student.. The Student with the maximum stars is awarded a Certificate of Merit. Besides, 20marks from each subject is also set aside during the terminal assessment as internal marks. The subject teacher has the discretionary power to allot the marks based on the student’s handwriting, presentation of answer sheets, general behaviour, personal habits and hygiene. It may also be noted here that if a student displays attitudes and behaviour deemed unbefitting and of ill repute in and outside the school, he or she will not be awarded any internal marks.

A student who has already repeated a class twice and has not shown any improvement will not be allowed to continue in the same class in the next academic session.
